Lisa Dubrow has advised a broad spectrum of clients on legal issues pertaining to advertising, marketing and business transactions in the marketing industries for over 20 years.

She is well versed in the legal issues surrounding the advertising and marketing industries and can assist in navigating the laws pertaining to compliance with state and federal laws, including storyboard, script, broadcast, print and electronic copy review; the issues surrounding e-commerce, the privacy of consumer data; telemarketing; claims substantiation, including the review of clinical studies and research; media; sweepstakes, contests, coupons, rebates, and other promotional events. Lisa was a founding member of the advertising department of Loeb & Loeb and the New York City advertising practice of Winston and Strawn as well as the advertising practice of Kay, Collyer & Boose LLP which later, after she left the firm, merged into the advertising department of Davis Wright & Tremaine.

She has also been in house General Counsel. As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Executive Director of Privacy to Synapse Group, Inc., a direct subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc., Ms. Dubrow addressed a wide range of marketing issues in many different business divisions and learned first-hand how to manage the needs of a small in house legal department.

In the fall of 2003, she opened her own legal practice emphasizing advertising and marketing, privacy, e-commerce and promotions.

Ms. Dubrow is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from SUNY Binghamton. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law.

She received a certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals as an Information Privacy Professional specializing in US law.

The National Business Owners Corporation has certified her company as a business which is owned and controlled by a woman.
